* header.php - Moved javascript to includes/js/general.js.
* /includes/theme-js.php - Optimised javascript enqueues and added general.js enqueue. Removed jQuery.easing.
* /includes/theme-options.php - Added icons to theme options screen and changed label for image resizer tab to "Dynamic Images".
* style.css - Adjusted CSS for secondary navigation menu to handle multi-level dropdown menus correctly with just SuperFish and CSS.
